Resolutions from the 21st meeting of the Košice Region Council have already been published.

Point C of the resolution no. 563/2013 is saying:
C) the council agrees to:
- incorporate to the land use plan explicitly obligatorily a regulative ban on mining radioactive minerals for the area Čermeľ – Jahodná where currently a geological survey takes place,
- incorporate to the land use plan a ban on mining radioactive minerals also in other deposits located in the territory of the Košice Region.
